Terms & Conditions

• Lesson Bookings: Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Cancellation Policy: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange a lesson. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full, unless the cancellation is due to a genuine emergency or exceptional circumstance, at the instructor’s discretion.

• Payment: Lessons must be paid for as agreed at the time of lesson.

• Punctuality: Pupils are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a reduced lesson time, with the full lesson fee still payable.

• Driving Licence: Pupils must hold a valid provisional/full driving licence and meet the legal requirements to drive.

• Instructor’s Vehicle: The instructor may refuse to allow a pupil to drive if they believe it would be unsafe or if the pupil is unfit to drive.

• Driving Tests: Test-day vehicle hire is subject to availability and payment. Adequate notice is required for any test cancellation or change.Instructor can refuse to take you for test if you aren’t at test standard.

• Conduct: Respectful and appropriate behaviour is expected at all times. Lessons may be ended if the instructor considers the situation unsafe or inappropriate.

• Prices: Lesson prices may be subject to change. Pupils will be informed of any price changes in advance.

• Agreement: By booking a lesson, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
